Divorce coaching and mediation services for you.
A Divorce Coach is a trained professional who helps you manage the practical challenges of the divorce process as well as the emotional roller-coaster that is a part of getting divorced. The strategies and techniques that I use when working with clients will enable them to navigate and cope better so they can move forward and transition confidently to the next chapter of life post-divorce.
I am a Divorce Coach with a legal and mediation background and I have over 20 years of experience. I have unique expertise in the legal process of divorce, alternative methods of dispute resolution, collaborative law, conflict resolution, co-parenting, planning, property division, and all other issues related to divorce. I also have decades of experience with divorces including my own divorce and many of them may be similar to your divorce.

BENEFITS OF MEDIATION
Saves Time and Money
Maintain Connections-with Grandparents / In-Laws
WHY YOU SHOULD TRY MEDIATION FIRST
AVOID COURT - Court cases can cost thousands of dollars and cause immeasurable damage to your relationship. We make it possible for you to reach a respectful resolution out of court.
REBUILD YOUR RELATIONSHIP - If you go down the path of court, you will fracture the relationship further and there is less chance of having a healthy co-parenting relationship down the track. Mediation helps you mend those fences and put agreements in place so you can co-parent peacefully.
QUICK RESOLUTION - Life is too short to waste another minute in dispute. We can fit you in as soon as you like, with no long waiting times for an appointment.
WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH MEDIATION TO RESOLVE
IVF and donor disputes
Disputes occurring during the execution of a will
Child custody disputes
Property and asset division disputes
Parenting Co-ordinators (PCs) use a mixture of education and coaching to teach parents the skills to manage their co-parenting relationship better and implement what is set out in parenting orders, thereby reducing the amount of conflict that a family is experiencing.
It is a process where PCs work with parents –
- To help them focus on the needs of their children rather than their own anger.
- May include email monitoring and coaching on how to improve communication and manage the conflict.
- It teaches parents how to make decisions about the children together.
- The focus is on the well-being of the child and lowering everyone’s stress levels.
The parents may have agreed on a plan when they finalised their divorce, but it does not mean that there won’t be continuing arguments and disagreements regarding parenting arrangements. The conflict and disagreements don’t magically stop because a parenting agreement has been reached. Many parents have no idea what shared parenting is like, and the slightest disagreement over the most trivial issue can cause ongoing conflict between the parties.
We provide Parenting Co-ordination services to clients, and we also train Lawyers, Mediators, Psychologists, and Family Report Writers on the practice of Parenting Co-ordination.
Providing parents with strategic solutions to everyday co-parenting problems.
Learn effective communication and negotiation strategies that work for your family.
Learn how to keep your child’s needs and interests as a priority in all matters.
Learn the skills to minimise disagreements.
Learn how to stick to your parenting plan and minimise conflict.
Learn how to stay positive and take care of yourself.
